AAHA
AECFV received their accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) in 2012. The process of accreditation is complex, demanding, completely voluntary and never guaranteed. Choosing to take all the steps necessary for accreditation is making a statement. “We are striving to be the very best for our clients, their pets and our staff.”
AAHA is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the United States and Canada. They help good veterinary hospitals become exceptional veterinary hospitals. They have helped us be the best we can be. AECFV has been evaluated on 940 quality standards which include all areas of veterinary medicine. Only AAHA accredited hospitals are required to regularly pass onsite evaluations based on those quality standards.
Accreditation is not mandatory for veterinary hospitals, and today only 12%–15% of veterinary practices in the US and Canada hold the “AAHA-accredited” designation.
