Dr. Ashleigh Seigneur, a native of Ohio, earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from The Ohio State University in 2010. She went on to complete a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Iowa State University. Following her internship, she pursued a residency in internal medicine and earned a Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science at the Atlantic Veterinary College, in Prince Edward Island, completing the program in 2014.
Dr. Seigneur practiced in Richmond, VA, until 2018, when she relocated to South Carolina. There, she continued her work in a private referral hospital until 2022. That year, she launched her own mobile internal medicine practice, bringing advanced diagnostics such as ultrasound and endoscopy directly to local primary care veterinary hospitals. She is an author of several veterinary internal medicine book chapters and has provided numerous local continuing education lectures.
Dr. Seigneur enjoys all aspects of internal medicine, with a particular interest in hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal diseases. She has extensive experience in abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy, and other procedures. She loves being able to offer a spectrum of care and educating clients about various disease processes.
In her free time, Dr. Seigneur enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, reading, and baking.
