Karman Garcha is a dedicated Referral Relationship Manager at the Animal Emergency Clinic of the Fraser Valley (AECFV), part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network. With a diverse background in medical sciences, client relations, and animal care, Karman excels at fostering strong partnerships between primary care veterinarians and emergency/specialty services.

Holding NACA ACO I & II certifications and a medical degree (MBBS), she brings a unique clinical perspective to veterinary communications. Her experience spans both human and animal healthcare, allowing her to understand the needs of practitioners, pet owners, and clinic staff alike. Karman is passionate about supporting the veterinary community through clear communication, collaborative case coordination, and exceptional service.

Karman is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and continues to volunteer with Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS), where she remains hands-on with animal welfare initiatives.
